Client application
We implement a client cap system at CKPC for two reasons:

Right fit model
Not every accountant will be right for you, and not every client is right for us. In order to ensure that our clients benefit from the services we offer, we have an application and acceptance format to ensure that we are the right fit for you, and vice versa.

Bespoke services
We operate on a "No Compromise" model. This means that if we are serving you, we are serving you fully! In order for us to provide tailored solutions to each and every one of our clients, we are particular about our capacity, and we only sign on clients accordingly. This results in a client cap from time to time to be able to uphold our client service standards.
In Q2 of each year, we assess our capacity and reach out to interested clients for an assessment meeting and to discuss next steps.
